Engineering Design
Architectural design for different types of buildings such as Residential, Commercial, Institutional, Hotels and Schools…….and prepare high quality detailed plans and architectural views.
Structural/ Constructional design, in this process we turn architectural plans into economical and safe standing concrete units by applying the general and specific national andinternational specifications.
Electrical and Mechanical (including piping and HVAC & fire prevention system)

Landscape and Ornamental gardens
Construction supervision
- Total supervision of all elements of the skeleton and completion activities including
- substructure and superstructure.
- Review contract documents and analyse bids and material submittals.
- Review all shop drawings and specifications and direct contractor to execute the project.
- Follow up and approve all and completed elements.
- Monitor lab results of all project elements, such as Concrete mix, blocks, soil fill and compaction.
Project managment
- Main project frame of work, by planning and moulding the project goals
- Time/ schedule management of the sequence of phases and activities
- Cost Management by controlling and monitoring the project budget of actual, forecast.
- Quality Control and assurance to achieve high product as per specification
- Human Resources Management, be it technical or managerial to steer the project to success
- Material Management; including procurement, delivery, Testing, Logistics and handling
- Commissioning and hand over
- As-builting to focus and document changes.
- Safety Management in order to keep everyone safe which will affect the project timely delivery.
